clean room lovely view kind staff delicious breakfast

the room was super clean (i especially liked this!), and the views were lovely. the staff member, possibly named mark, was very kind and service-oriented. i found breakfast delicious, especially its variety. the hotel's location is really convenient, with easy access to the metro.

the gym is small and could use better maintenance.

The room was spacious. I had enough space to move around (which is always a plus). the location was quite convenient. i found it easy to access transportation and nearby shops. the staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions and any questions i had.

the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

Staff were very kind. The MRT station is a short walk away. It made traveling around the city convenient. Breakfast was a highlight each day. I enjoyed the hotel's cute atmosphere.

The renovated room had poor water pressure. Pillows were also too hard.
